Where is my order?

Before you contact us, please visit your account for the most up to date information on your orders. If your order status is "Complete", your order has shipped. If tracking information is available, you may be able to follow your package as well. If your tracking has not updated, please note it may take 24-48 hours for the carrier to scan your items and update their systems. For orders using Free Saver Shipping, please allow 2-8 business days for delivery.
