My order status shows "Payment Review", what is happening?

When you place an order on HealthDesigns.com , we may accept the order and review it with our payment processor. When your order is under review, there is nothing you need to do. If requested, we may email you requiring some additional information to verify your account before we fulfill the order, so please monitor your email during this time. We may review your order for up to 3 business days before approving or cancelling it.

Why do we do this? To ensure the safety and security of our customers and our company. Certain orders may represent higher risk based on country, region, payment type, and many other factors.
