Can I get a refund/credit on my international order that lost or not delivered?

If your international order...

  1. Shipped using "Epacket" or "Parcel Priority with DelCon"
  2. Shipped between 30-90 days ago
  3. Shipped after July 1, 2015

...please contact us as this scenario may be eligible for assistance through our insurance partner.  Please note, if you contact us after 90 days, the opportunity to assist is not available as the parcel insurance is voided.  In addition, certain common shipping methods you may have selected, such as IPA, are not eligible for refunds or credits if lost.

Generally refunds cannot be honored for international orders as there are many parties involved to make the delivery, putting much of the responsibility on you, the customer, to know your rights and import laws for each country.  This is due to the fact that each country has a unique set of ever changing import laws.  It is your duty to know and understand your country and what can be imported.  When orders are denied or confiscated in customs, cannot be held responsible for such actions, and has instructed these parcels to be discarded as the return shipping cost is prohibitively high.

Excluded Countries: Afghanistan, Angola, Bolivia, Iran, Iraq, Nigeria, Paraguay and any other Country that is or may become Embargoed by the United States or United Nations as sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC)

We are constantly working to improve shipping options and use the most trusted carriers for each country.
