I did not receive my Boleto receipt when completing my order online, what should I do?

When you place an order and pay with Boleto, you will need to print the Boleto receipt presented after you click "Submit Order".  This receipt is presented immediately after you submit your order.

Some users have told us they fail to see the receipt however, in which case you will need to rely on the Boleto email confirmation.  If you fail to see the receipt as demonstrated in the image above, please proceed to check your email inbox.  You should receive an email from no-reply@astropay.com which contains a link to your Boleto receipt.  If you do not see the email, please check your spam folder.  The email looks like the image below: 

AstroPay is the chosen partner of HealthDesigns.com for Boleto payments, similar to Visa or Mastercard for credit cards.

Any order that is placed using Boleto, but is not paid within 5 days will automatically cancel the order and you will need to place a new order.  There is no need to contact us to cancel an order for you.  In such a cancellation, you will not be charged anything.
