My order tracking says "Foreign Return to Sender", what do I do?

Sometimes when tracking an order on ppxtrack.com/t/healthdesigns/ , there will be a status which shows "Foreign Return to Sender".

This does not indicate the order is coming back to our company and is simply a data error that some orders display.
